A Healthy Home Maintenance Cleaning Includes:

• HEPA Vacuuming
• Accessible surfaces and floors are carefully vacuumed using HEPA-filtered equipment to capture fine dust and particulate matter while minimizing redistribution back into the indoor environment.

• Fine Dust Removal
• We target the places where fine dust tends to settle and accumulate, including appropriate horizontal surfaces, trim, baseboards, furniture, window areas, and other accessible surfaces.

• High-Touch & Frequently Used Areas 
• Frequently used surfaces and areas of the home receive detailed attention to remove accumulated dust and debris between deeper cleanings.

• Airborne Dust Reservoirs 
• We pay particular attention to areas that can act as dust reservoirs, places where particles accumulate over time and may be redistributed into the air through normal household activity. This may include areas such as:
• Baseboards and trim
• Window sills and ledges
• Tops of doors and frames
• Light fixtures and ceiling fans

• HEPA-Filtered Vacuums: We use HEPA-filtered vacuum equipment to capture fine dust and particulate matter rather than simply redistributing it back into the room. HEPA vacuuming is used on appropriate floors, surfaces, furniture, and other areas where dust tends to collect.
• Microfiber Cleaning: High-quality microfiber cloths are used to physically capture and remove fine dust and particles from surfaces. Fresh cloths are used frequently throughout the cleaning process to help minimize cross-contamination from one area of the home to another. 
• Fragrance-Free Cleaning Products: Whenever possible, we use fragrance-free, low-odor cleaning products selected with environmentally sensitive households in mind. We avoid unnecessarily introducing strong fragrances into the home simply to create a “clean” smell.
• Simple, Purposeful Cleaning: Our approach isn't about using more chemicals. It's about using the right product, equipment, and technique for each surface while minimizing unnecessary product use.
